Prevention in the Pulpit is a faith-centered initiative serving the Black Church and broader faith community. We create room for honest conversations about mental wellness, sexual health, trauma, and prevention—with cultural understanding, confidentiality, and compassion.
A grant-funded program of Quality Comprehensive Health Center, we connect trusted faith spaces with prevention education, testing resources, and pathways to appropriate care.

Is this therapy or clinical training?
This is educational and supportive training for faith leaders. It does not qualify participants to diagnose, provide therapy, give medical advice, or replace professional treatment.
How do students access the classroom?
Once the program team enrolls your email, sign in through Student Login with the starter password provided by the team. On your first login, choose a personal password. Students, coaches, and administrators sign in with email and password. No ChatGPT account is required.
When do I receive my Faith Ambassador certificate?
Complete the lessons and assignments and pass each of the four knowledge checks with at least 80%. Your personalized PDF certificate will be available automatically in the academy.
What is included in each module?
Each module includes a session video, workbooks, a practical action step, and a knowledge check. Your progress is saved, and the faith coaching team can support your learning.
Do I have to share personal reflections?
No. Personal guide notes can remain private. You can record completion of an action step without sharing the content. A nonpersonal summary is optional and is visible to the faith coaching team and program administrator if you submit it.
How do I connect with testing or care?
Call Quality Comprehensive Health Center at (704) 394-8968 or contact the program team to ask about services, testing, and appropriate referral pathways.
How do coaches access progress and reports?
Coaches use their enrolled email and password through Coach Login to open the academy workspace. They can review all ambassadors in the shared program roster, respond to submitted assignments, and export progress reports. Program administrators manage enrollment and curriculum.
