He is passionate about bridging faith and public health, advancing mental health awareness, HIV prevention, and community wellness. Bishop Flournoy is the visionary behind Prevention in the Pulpit, a faith-centered initiative addressing stigma and promoting healing in the Black Church.

With 20+ years across clinical, hospital-based, managed-care, and community mental health, she advances trauma-informed, evidence-informed programming that strengthens prevention, early identification, and community wellness.

She is a compassionate leader and community advocate dedicated to healing and providing positive transformation to individuals. With a strong background in education, nonprofit leadership, and holistic wellness, she has created programs that uplift women, mentor teen girls, support seniors, and strengthen underserved communities locally and internationally. Her work is rooted in purpose, resilience, and a genuine commitment to helping others to thrive physically, mentally, and spiritually.
